Return Policy

TEXTBOOKS:   After the 13th class day, all book sales are final.

• Refunds cannot be given without the original cash register receipt.
• A full refund will be given in your original form of payment, if textbooks are in original condition and returned during the first 5 days of class. (Acceptable forms of payment are cash and credit card.)
• With proof of a schedule change, a full refund will be given in your original form of payment during the first 13 class days.
• Do not write in your book, open shrink wrapped books or break software seals until you are certain you will use the book.
• If deemed refundable, a book that is written in will receive a maximum of 50% of a new book price.
• There will be a $5.00 charge for any opened shrink wrapped textbook, if deemed refundable.
• Purchases made on a credit card will be refunded to the credit card.
• Non-refundable items include:  Dictionaries, thesauruses, study or examination aids (i.e. GED, TASP, bar charts, cliff notes, readers, and novels.)

• Refunds on purchases other than textbooks will be allowed for 5 days from the date of purchase as shown on the cash register receipt.  No refunds on any item without a receipt.
• The merchandise must be in new saleable condition and in its original unopened package.
• All defective items will be replaced on an even exchange basis only.  No cash refunds will be allowed.
